Permission to film on school premises letter

This the letter that we have used to ask permission to use the school premises to film our opening sequence. We have forwarded our production schedule to the teachers so that they are aware of when and where we are using the premises.

Dear Mrs Turner, Mrs Mitchell and Mr Foster

 

We were wondering if it would be appropriate to use the school premises to film our AS media coursework. We will not be using any visitors from the outside of school; however, we would like to use the drama room, staircase and the sixth form fire exit. We are hoping to begin filming Monday the 27th March and to continue on Wednesdays and Fridays period 5+6 and after school.

 

We hope you will allow us to film on the premises, thank you.
